Storage Agent shows warning but Mgmt Log does not shows

Hi,

When I check system log, storage agent shows that Drive Array Accelerator Battery Failed. However, this error does not shows in the HP Integrated Mananagement Log Viewer. Hence the system mgmt homepage doesn't show any failure.
Why is that so? Is it some config required?

Hi Jaime,

If you have any of these Smart Array 6i, 641/642, and 6402/6404 Controllers, make sure that you are running the latest firmware update. See the link below for more information.
