Support Pack 7.30 causing issues

After applying the new support pack, the reference to machine type disappears. In the installed software, only the agents are listed.
The servers show up as "unknown" on the central management console

My guess is that you did not configure the agents before deployment.
Elements such as Trust may now be invalid.

I've had no similar problems with 7.30A here.
7.20 was a source of problems for us.

The agents were configured with trust information before deploying. The security feature is one of the elements still available and I can confirm that the certificate settings are still valid.

For them to be Unknown it would indicate the SNMP Settings are no longer valid.

Someone else has reported that the Pack deployment was upsetting the SNMP Settings.

Check that the CMS Host has SNMP Access via the correct community strings.
