Support Pack upgrade causes NIC to change to DHCP

I just installed HPSIM yesterday and started to play with it. One thing I noticed is when I upgraded to the latest version of Support Pack, after rebooting a couple of times, my network settings were changed to DHCP from the static IP that it originally had. Is this something I can expect with other servers????
Also as you can see from the attachment, I have a "?" by power supply. Will this support the redundant power supply?
