Suspending Monitoring of systems possible with tasks?

Hi all

since upgrading to HP SIM 5.2, a half year ago, mxnode -a -f systemname.xml takes more than 1.5 Minutes to complete while setting suspend.15m.

This leads to the problem, that not all systems are set to supend correctly and we are receiving "System is unreachable" messages, nightly while our Terminal servers are all rebooting within 10 Minutes.

On the other hand, while setting a system to suspend.15m in the HP SIM GUI it takes only two or three seconds to complete.
I've seen in the mx.log that this is done using a task, and now I'm asking myself if it is possible, to create dynamically a task to set a server to suspend.15m while it is rebooting (why didn't HP implemented a feature which does this per default, if the corresponding trap is received?)

How to do this?
Is it possible to use the

(or, if not, how to boost the performance of the mxnode- utility?)

Thanks in advance and regards
Jimmy
