System Health Question

Does anyone know why for the HW System Health Status to work correctly that cmahostd and hpvca need to be running a Linux server? Without these 2 agents running you cannot see the correct System Health HW status on the CMS.

These agents are OS and SW related....but without them we do not see the correct HW system Health Status.
