Can;t login to a system's home page

basically it says you typed in the wrong password. If you do not know it copy the CPQHMMD.ACL from c:\compaq\wbem from a server that you know the password for. stop/start the hp web agent. and you should be good to go.

I tried to copy the file and restarted all HP Agent services and still wo't let me in
