System Homepage Management information incomplete

Hi,

I have windows 2003 Web, System Homepage Management 2.1.3.132. I could connect and login to my server via a browser successfully but there is no Version Control showing and System Model is set to "unknown" with Overall System Status is "No Failed Degraded Items".

I have installed/reinstalled System Homepage Management but I always get the same result. I think it has something to do with specifying the snmp traps but I don't know how. Any suggestions?

What version of the VC Agent and the snmp agents do you have installed? Does the VCA or the other agents show up listed in the blue left-hand column? Or is it blank?

Thanks for the reply but I just figured out the problem.

My SNMP info does not have the correct information. Thanks so much again!
