System is unreachable & Unable to complete Data Collection

Hi there,

I'm having a problem with 2 servers in our DMZ. The DMZ contains three servers. One works and two do not. A firewall rule has been created, to allow communication between IM & and the servers. All three server can send a SNMP test trap and the CMS receives the traps. All three servers have HP Management agents 7.3 installed. One server can be reached, SNMP, WBEM, etc. The other two servers give:

* The current system is no longer reachable from the central management server, hardware status polling has marked this system as not responding
And
* The Data Collection task did not complete. The target system may not be running a supported instrumentation protocol, such as SNMP, WBEM or DMI.

I check all settings, but i haven't got a clue.

Does anybody have sugestions?!
