System Management Homepage(Empty- no information)

Hi we have a BL20p G2 Server. Old version of SMH was working on it i upgraded it to the new version because there was some problem with the old one.

Now the issue is i am not able to see any details after opening SMH. the page displayed has no information releated to hardware. please see teh attached image and help me out.

Did you upgrade the entire PSP or just the SMH?
It's better to update the entire PSP as there are sometmes updates to the underlying management drivers the agents need.

Also, have you rebooted the server since the updates?
