System Mgmt Homepage password change

Several of my managed servers have unknown passwords to their Systems Management Homepage. Would someone point me in the right direction on how to change them? Thanks.

copy the file c:\compaq\wbem\cpqhmmd.acl from a good server to the server with unknown password.
