System summary page not showing correct status for WBEM

Hi everyone. i am running hp sim v6 and am using WBEM to monitor a server in a DMZ. I have opened port 5989 through the firewall and am able to discover and identify the system. At the moment i have 1 power supply out and 1 disk from a mirrored array out. The summary page shows the power and Array status as Green. If i click on 'power' it then opens up the Status page wher eit shows Power and Smart array as warnign triangles. Why do i not see the triangle on the sunnary page ? screenshot attached

What model and brand is the server that you are trying to monitor?

hi itamar, the server is a dl360 G6. The OS running on the server is ESXi 4.1.0 build 260247. The strange this is if i reboot the server the status will change when it comes back up. Also, the WBEM subsciption was successful before the server went into the DMZ. If i now try to subscribe to WBEM events i get the error message "FAILED to create indication subscription.

Cause:Subscriptions are not supported

Recommended Action:Install the HP WBEM providers
