System Type for Blade Rack/Systems Not Showing

Hi,

I installed the latest mib pack for HP SIM 4.2 to recognize these type of systems but they still do not appear. How can i get them to state "Server"?

I assume you're trying to manage HP ProLiant BL-class servers with HP SIM 4.2?

If so, please make sure you're running the agents on the ProLiant servers - that's the most important part. You'll also need to make sure that SNMP is setup and community strings are working properly. Once that is done - discover / identify the servers in HP SIM and it should get everything right.
