Systems Insight Manager 5.0 with SP2

Hi,

I would like to know how to change the time that it's take tp receive an email for an alert.
EX: When a server is down, it's take me 5-10 minutes before i receive an email.
With older version, that take less a minute.

There are different polling tasks for servers and non-servers. They run at 5 and 10 minute intervals.
You can shorten the time limit.
Or you can create a new polling task that just uses one of the protocols and run that more frequently.

I Look in the protocol and i saw nothing.

To change an existing task;
Go to Tasks & Logs -> View All Scheduled Tasks.
From there select the task to be edited and change the scheduled interval.
To add a new polling task, go to Options -> Hardware Polling... and create a new Hardware Polling task.
