Systems management homepage 8.1.0.0 stops responding after logoff
Hello,
I'm having a strange problem with the new HP Agents:
- I boot the server (ProLiant DL380 G5)
- I log on: Everything works fine
- I log off: Systems management homepage service remains status 'Started', but website is no longer available.
I have applied the latest available version on this server (8.0) and Systems management homepage is version 8.1.0.0.
Apparently, the subprocesses of Systems management homepage (Modified apache webserver with rotatelogs.exe) are stopped.
The workaround is to log off and using Computer management to restart the service.
Attached:
- Process list SV08024 during logon.JPG : screenshot of processes during logon
- tasklist during logon (from different computer)
tasklist /s sv08024 /fi "imagename eq rotatelogs.exe"
Image Name PID Session Name Session# Mem Usage
========================= ====== ================ ======== ============
rotatelogs.exe 3292 RDP-Tcp#13 0 1.780 K
rotatelogs.exe 6072 RDP-Tcp#13 0 1.764 K
rotatelogs.exe 3948 RDP-Tcp#13 0 1.784 K
rotatelogs.exe 580 RDP-Tcp#13 0 1.784 K
- Tasklist after logoff
tasklist /s sv08024 /fi "imagename eq rotatelogs.exe"
INFO: No tasks running with the specified criteria.
Anyone?
