Tape drive status change (5019)

I am running the latest version OF SIM.
I am getting the above email notification from several servers that are running backup exec. I have all servers sending me an email notificaion when a critical event occurs.
How do I make the above event informational instead of critical? I really don't want to get email about this particular event.
