Tape Library in CIM

Hi Everyone,

I have a question Regarding tape libraries and CIM 7 sp2 2.3
What we see in CIM device status view is a Message that the tape libary of a server has failed (see attachement) . However, de Libary is working perfectly. We are running the newest agents on a netware 4.11 server.
Any Suggestions, Ideas ???
