The post installation did not occur during the upgrade of SIM4.2

I tried to upgrade CIM 7.1 SP2.3 to SIM 4.2, and everything went smoothly up until the post installation, which is where the process of importing data from CIM 7.1 SP2.3 should have occurred, but nothing happened. How do I run the post installation now?
