Tool for fixing Linux version of Sys Mgmt Homepage part of SmartStart 7.30
In an upgrade situation from SS7.20 to SS7.30 PSP situation (doesn't apply coming from 7.10 or earlier versions to SS7.30, there is a file permission problem (a Customer Advisory is in the works). This issue will be addressed in a web release coming in about a month or so, but in the meantime if this is an issue, we have a workaround.
Here is a readme and zip with some tools to add to HPSIM to change the file permissions automatically using HPSIM. In addition, this has a 'tool' to push the SSH keys to multiple linux boxes too (in case this isn't already setup for SIM).
I'm attaching the Readme separately so you can read how its done, plus the readme is part of the zip.
This is a good example of using linux-based (or windows, UX, etc.) tools then putting a menu in SIM to launch those tools against any systems SIM has discovered.
Hope this helps....

Looks like the forum would only allow one attachment, so here is the README.
