Uable to save server selection

Uable to save server selection

Can anyone help with the following:
1)unable to save selection as, errors with IE saying the list could not be saved!
2)When editing existing system lists, under search for systems has lost its system name option!!

HPSIM is verion 4.1 SP1 and the database is held on another server using SQL.
