Unable to configure PMP

I have just installed HP SIM 5.1 with the latest PMP on a brand new Windows 2003 Server. I have assigned a license to one of my servers using the HP SIM license manager. When I attempt to go to Options > Performance Management Pack Options I only see Manual Log Purge. I do not have configuration in this menu like I should. How do I enable the PMP. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but that did not help.

Today I completely uninstalled HP SIM and MSDE and did a complete reinstall. As soon as HP SIM and PMP were installed I was able to go to Options > Performance Management Pack Options > Configure. However as soon as I did a discovery to find another server it disappeared.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you verified the users & their authorization (options -> security) for PMP related menus & submenus ?

Also you can go through pmplog.txt (in PMP installation folder) for any PMP related issues.
