Unable to install HP SIM 4.1 on 2003 Server

I am unable to install the OpenSSH Services portion of the application because of a "cygwin" file which two other programs use. I have removed the registry key for this file as well as the file itself but I still rec'v an error message.

Hi Jamie,

How are you trying to install SSH?

I downloaded cp004458.exe from http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/20218.html and installation (on SBS 2003) was as simple as double-clicking the executable and doing the Install, Next, Next, ... Finish thing.

It went in no problems.
