Unable to install Mgt. Agents 8.15

I am not able to install the new management agents on some of my servers. The ones in question are ML370 G5s running server 2003. I get the following error:
Could not get value names for key
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CqMgStor\
STORALRT\EventDef.
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

I have verified that the key exists and that I do have the necessary permissions. I have installed this on about 30 ML370 G4s and blade servers without any issues. Any ideas?
