Unable to install OpenSSH during install on XP box

Hello everyone, I am trying to do a fresh install of HP SIM 4.2 w/sp2.
I had it install MSDE and then I select the typical install. It successfully installs the first component and then on the OpenSSH the bars go all the way to the end but never completes to move on to the next component.

I am installing it on a PC with WinXP SP2 and all the windows updates.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Well I guess I was just not patient enough. after about 30 minutes is did finish and move on to complete the rest of the install.
