Unable to login to SMH on Win7

I have a ML110 G6 with Windows 7 x64 installed.  SMH v6.2.0.13 is installed, but I am not able to login to it.  The local account does not [currently] have a password, and when I put in the user account [owner] and click on "Sign In", I get "ERROR: Username and password to no match". 

 

What am I missing?

I would think this is a security precaution. Why does your local account not have a password??
