Unable to remove NCU v8.10 from VCRM
HP have release a customer advisor (ID: EM051005_CW01) relating to loss of connectivity when teaming NIC using Network Configuration Utility Version 8.10. (see URL: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&objectID=PSD_EM051005_CW01)
We are experiencing this issue and want all clients to use version 8.0 and to ensure no updates are done in error I wish to remove version 8.10 for the Central Repository Manager.
I chose the option "Delete Item from repository" and select the NCU version 8.10 under the Windows 2000 Driver network listing.
When I try to remove it I get "ERROR: File is part of one or more Support Packs"
Thanks
Rick
