unknown management processor status

I install SIM for hp-ux 11.11 and im getting an unknown managment processor status on the machine i installed SIM on.

what could cause this and what can i do to resolve this.

What is the model number of the system you installed SIM on?

its a k460 model: 9000/889/K460

K series servers do not have management processors.
