Update failure with latest version of VCRM

Hi,

Has anyone recieved an update error with the latest version VCRM (2.0.7.10), which I installed about a week ago?

My monthly update this weekend failed. The error is below.

Error for file: catalog.xml
Error code: 2147500037

Error downloading remote file ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/catalog.xml to local file C:\CPQ_VC_Repository\catalog.xml.

Yes the catalog.xml file on the FTP site is empty.

Oh, good. I've been getting similar errors. Sounds like an SEP. I guess I can quit refreshing my catalog and rebuilding my repository. Glad I checked here before I got to re-installing the VCRM. I'm sure HP will sort it out soon...

I am working with our QA folks to get this problem resolved. I will post another entry when the correct file has been loaded to the FTP site.
