Updated Insight Manager to Version 7.70 and now Version control window is blank
I used VCAgent to upgrade the ProLiant support pack for Windows Server 2003 from version 7.30 to 7.70 today on a ProLiant DL380 G4. I've upgraded many servers in the past without a problem although I don't remember going from 7.30 to 7.70 before. After a reboot, I launched the HP System Management Homepage and then launched the VC Agent again to make sure everything was updated. But instead of the VC Agent window opening, I get a completely blank window and "Done" as the status. I tried uninstalling all of the HP System Management stuff from Add/Remove programs, rebooting, reinstalling everything, then rebooting again but I still have the same problem. What file(s) could I be missing? Or is something corrupt or missing in the registry?

i've had this problem, too!
i uninstalled only the vca, not the other agents or system managament homepage!
then i made a reboot. after this, i installed the vca (cp006842.exe).
then the vca showed a components!
