updated software through VCAGENT page to version 7.40a

I just updated all the drivers for a server through SIM, and the VCAGENT page to the ProLiant Support Pack for Microsoft Windows 2000 version 7.40A (English (US), Japanese), after it finished loading all the new software, I tried to access the VCEAGENT web page https://scaacct:2381/cgi-bin/vcagent/cgi
and now I get a 404 error. Does anyone know what causes this, and how I can correct it?

Did you restart your server after installing PSP?

if yes, what was the previous version of VCA running on that system?
