Updating system board serial numbers

I beleieve that CIM is not reporting serial numbers on certain servers 'cause the system boards may have been replaced & the Serial #
not updated...if this is the case, how do I insert the serial #? Is there a utility for doing this ...thanks !!

That's done in the system configuration, like all the other BIOS settings. This will require a reboot. You'll need to interupt the boot process with F9 on newer systems, or F10 on the older systems.
