Upgrade form 4.2 to 5 webpage not completely working

Hi,
After an upgrade to version 5, I cannot see the webpage with all the graphics in it, the page does load, only it shows the text in it.

I can logon with my account, then it opens another window which says : First Time Wizard

and a second later the following message shows up :
HTTP Status 404 - /mxportal/settings/MxNotAuthorized.jsp

I logon with a domain admin account which I used before also to manage the software.

Anyone knows how to fix this problem ?
