Upgrade from IM 7 SP2 to SIM 4.2

I upgrade from IM 7 SP 2 to SIM 4.2 and now when logging in the SIM 4.2, it is producing error on the web page itself. I saw this same issue in the forum but no one had any clue on how to resolve it.
