Upgrade from SIM 4.2 SP1 to SP2 failed
Hi all,
I downloaded and ran the install to upgrade my SIM 4.2 SP1 to SP2. It failed stating "The System could not fine the file specified".
It starts the services back up fine, but I'm still running 4.2 sp1. It looks like it's the 45th file it tries to copy.
Please see the screen cap.

Re: Upgrade from SIM 4.2 SP1 to SP2 failed
Make sure you are running the upgrade as the same user who originally installed HP SIM.

Re: Upgrade from SIM 4.2 SP1 to SP2 failed
Found the problem, one of the files was missing. I re-ran the original file and extracted the files and it seems to have worked.
There was still an error on one of the files, but after examining the install file, it looks like it could not copy a text file. Not a big deal really.
Thanks for your help though!
