Upgrade HPSIM 4.2 -> 5.0 fails
Hi,
we have been upgrading our HPSIM 4.2 to 5.0 in a Win2000 server but the process fails because it can´t register the HPSIM service.
Apparently, the upgrading goes well and performs all the previous steps but when it has to register the service, it fails and the process ends.
We have been investigating the logs but we can´t find the problem. Could anyone help us?
Additionally, we have tried to execute the installation program again but nothing happens. It seems it recognizes HPSIM is installed (after a long time) and finishes without doing anything.
Is it possible to manually register the service?
Thanks
David
