Upgrade question Sim 5.1 -> 5.3
Hello All,
We have been running 5.0/5.1 for some time now. When one of our team tried to install the virtual machine management pack, there seemed to be an incompatibility somewhere, and SIM is no longer working as it did.
I'd like to install the newest version (5.3, I elieve), but to keep the data we have in the SQL database about our current environment.
Is it a simple case of unattaching/reattaching DB's, or do I have to do something special? I intend to completely uninstall the old version, if that helps.
Many thanks for any suggestions or advice.
CM

Re: Upgrade question Sim 5.1 -> 5.3
Was VMM installed earlier and upgraded while upgrading SIM 5.1 in this scenario?

Re: Upgrade question Sim 5.1 -> 5.3
5.3 has a bad memory leak bug. Go with 5.2.2, don't get stuck like we all did.
