Upgrade SIM 4.0 to 4.1

I tried to upgrade in place HP SIM 4.0 to 4.1. I always get the errormessage " HP Systems Insight Manager is already installed. For latest information on migration options check www.hp.com/go/hpsim". Checking the mentioned website I can not find any informations on upgrading HP-SIM 4.0 to 4.1.
Has anybody informations, experience or an idea for this kind of upgrade?
