Upgrade SIM 5 sp5 to 5.1 sp1

Upgrade SIM 5 sp5 to 5.1 sp1

Having read through all the problems people had with the 5.1 upgrade we waited until the upgrade got fixed. I've been told that SP1 fixes the upgrade. Has anyone found this to be true or false? Any gotcha's?

We use a remote SQL server for our db with domain service accounts.
