.. upgrading SIM from 4.2 to 5.0 sp2..

I'm going to be upgrading our SIM which is pretty heavily depended upon in our enviornment for monitoring. According to the documentation from HP, the process looks pretty straight-forward.

is there anything i should look out for during the upgrade that's not common knowledge?
