Using AD IDs question. Seems to work, but...

It seems I am able to use domain/AD IDs on the management 2.x mangement homepages rather that local administrator ID and group.

However, I have to enter \ when logging in.

Is there a way to set up things so as to not have to put the domain in?
I have tried playing with a ideas but nothing seems to do the trick.

If I must use the domain then fine, but would be nice to not have to enter that. Just the username.
