VC Agent problem

Hi all, I have one server that is not seeing the Repository manager on my SIM server. When configuring the VC agent I get the error message that can be seen in the attachment. Anybody have any ideas?
thanks in advance!

Re: VC Agent problem

I have the same problem with one of my servers. The Management Server has CIM 7 SP 2.3 and most of the servers have Agents V7. The server where it does not work has Agents V 6.4.
Do you have established a trust?
You can establish the trust via certificate or add your server to the trusted servers list in Management Agents.
Also verify the entries for the servers in DNS and the dns settings of the servers itsself.

Re: VC Agent problem

When the VCA contacts the VCRM it does not use a trust relationship; that's why you need to supply the account and password.

Verify that the VCRM server can be contacted and logged into by going to the server in question and use a web browser to contact the web agent on VCRM.
