Re: VC Repository issue while downloading update from HP

Hi,

Is this machine directly connected to internet? If not then you need to provide the proxy server settings to go online in VCRM.

Thnx

Re: VC Repository issue while downloading update from HP

Hi,
It is connected to Internet and don't need a proxy.
If I use internet explorer, I can see what is in ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/ and I can download files also.

I wonder why HPSIM wants to consider catalogindex.xml as a directory...

Re: VC Repository issue while downloading update from HP

I have reinstalled it a few days after and now everything is fine.
(SW issue? website content issue?)
