VCA 2.2.0.820 - VCA Website Error - Webpage Error
After updating servers to version 2.2.0.820 of VCA, I get an error when trying to access the VCA webpage (see image). I found out that the HP Version Control Agent Service shows as started on the managed server's services MMC, but once I try to refresh/access vcagent page again, the service stops and it says unexpectedly when I look at the event log.
I found a thread that suggested copying the "xls.en" folder from a working machine, which I tried but it didn't solve the issue.
I finally tried just copying the vcagent.exe file (version 2.1.10.801) from another server (basically downgrading) and then VCA webpage worked beautifully.
So obviously the problem is with 2.2.0.820 but I can't find the issue.
I am new with HPSIM & Agents - Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks.
