VCA question with PSP 7.40

I uppgraded one W2K SP4 from PSP 7.10 to PSP 7.40 yesterday evening.
Before the upgrade the link "Version Control Agent" on the server worked fine.
After the upgrade the this links doesn't work any more, I get "Version Control Agent Trust Relationship problem, and an I instead of a colored symbol.
Any ideers?

And in VCA settings I get an message "The administrator account is reserved for yhe use with legacy version control repository manager systems ..
What shall I do?
