Re: VCA SWStatus unknown. VCA not Configured
Can you browse to the VCA for this Server?
You can browse directly using https://servername:2381/vcagent
If so, is it configured to talk to the VCRM?

Re: VCA SWStatus unknown. VCA not Configured
Hi
Yes I can browse the VCA from the CMS. And I have configured the VCA to communicate with the VCRM with success.
Any ideas ?

Re: VCA SWStatus unknown. VCA not Configured
It's the Software Polling task that updates the SW Flag once all else is complete.
Has that run?
I believe that relies on the Trust between SIM and Server being correctly set up.
