VCRM automatic update protocol and ports

Could someone tell me what protocols and/or ports have to be opened on my network to enable the VCRM automatic update feature at HPs ?

Hi,

You need to open http and ftp protocols in the firewall and also port 2301 and 2381

By the way, do you know if it is possible to identify the HP server(s) involved to restrict the firewall authorizations to this (these) server(s)?

Hi Pierre-Marie,

You can customize firewall settings by specifying the ip of hp servers. I think this will answer your question.
