VCRM catalog failure

I have installed SIM in DMZ and have VCRM installed on the same server. I verified that my network admin has opened communication to the Internet. However "automatic upload" does not work for me. According to firewall this process runs in active mode. How to switch it (configure it)to run in passive mode. Please find here screendumps with error accordingly.

This is working now. It supports active ftp only and it's ON since we switched the firewall in my company to active ftp.

I use SIM 4.2 and VCRM on the same machine.
