Hi: This is really simply question. I'm taking SIM4.1 over from someone which I have limited experience. But I'm trying to use VCRM to get the latest firware/driver, but I can't figureout how to use it, like where in SIM 4.1 I can find the option to look for update from hp.com. I search on hp and didn't find any useful.

VCRM can be configured to automatically pull down items from the HP Site, or you can just manually pull down the software and firmware in to the VCRM Repository.
Sometimes you need to rescan the catalogue to find new items.
