Version Control Agent and Repository Manager stopped working?

Version Control Agent and Repository Manager stopped working?

I just upgraded management homepage, version control agent and repository manager on the server running HP SIM 5 sp4.

Now I cannot log in to VCA or VCRM, waiting endlessly on https://insight.ehs.dk:2381/cgi-bin/vcagent/cgi and https://insight.ehs.dk:2381/cgi-bin/vcrepository/cgi

I tried downgrading SMH, VCA and VCRM, but no luck.

Can't find any logfile that offers a clue.

How do I troubleshoot this?

After waiting some time without doing anything, it started working again? :-)
