Version Control Agent Log

I have a task that is trying to upgrade the management agents on a server. It is failing. Here is the log entry error:

51 The Smart Component file, cp004188.exe, could not be retrieved from the Version Control Repository Manager on server atlsxp02. Downloads stopped. [details]

51 An unknown exception occurred while processing a request.

When I click on details Under Additional data I get HTTP_STATUS: 302

The CP file is there. My SIM/VCRM server is Windows 2003

Any ideas on where to go from here?
