Version Control Agent Report
Is there a way to run some type of report that will discover each server in the landscape give me the verison installed and then give me the latest Version thats out?

The software polling task runs against established Servers and reports on the status of the HP Software against the VCRM Baseline you've set.
So that's where you get your general screen display from.
Baselines are tailorable and individually set, they do not rely on what is available.
You can "not set" a Baseline and then the VCA would report against all componenets in the VCRM. If you had automatic downloads enabled that would keep you up to date, but there's still no detailed report available for all Servers.
